PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the invalid holding of a resource without adding a special device by providing an open message starting part indicating the start of a communication network resource open control message sequence when it becomes time which is previously set for at least one of a communication network control part, a user transmission/reception part and a server transmission/ reception part. SOLUTION: When time which is previously set elapses, a network open timer (NRT) 5, a server open timer (SRT) 7 and a client open timer (CRT) 17 give an indication for starting a session open message sequence to a session resource manager(SRM) 4, a server session manager(SSM) 6 and a client session manager(CSM) 16. Thus, a session is not opened with a network resource being allocated to the session, and a state where the network resource is invalidly held can be prevented. |
