PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adjustment accuracy by forming a printed pattern and magnetic body independently on the same plane and eliminating the magnetic body successively, varying the inductance of the printed pattern in the decreasing direction. SOLUTION: Near a printed pattern 101 a magnetic member 102 is independently adhered to face it. Part 103 of the magnetic member 102 near the pattern 101 is cut off of adjust the inductance of the printed pattern 101, which has a linear shape, this reducing the stray capacitances at both ends, and keeping it inductive up to a high frequency range. A magnetic member is adhered to the entire inside of an opening of the printed pattern independently near A U-shaped printed pattern and partly cut thereafter.
