<p>Sesquiterpene derivatives useful as antiviral agents, which are represented by general formula (I), wherein R1 represents hydrogen or halogen; R2 represents hydrogen, halogen, -OR7 (in which R7 is hydrogen or the like) or -NHR8 (in which R8 is hydrogen or the like); or R?1 and R2¿ together form oxo or =NR9 (in which R9 is hydroxyl or the like); R3 represents hydrogen or halogen; R4 represents hydrogen, halogen, -OR10 (in which R10 is hydrogen or the like) or -NHR11 (in which R11 is hydrogen or the like); or R?3 and R4¿ together form oxo or =NR12 (in which R12 is hydroxyl or the like); or R?2 and R4¿ together form an unsaturated bond or -O-; A represents =NR5 (in which R5 is hydrogen, lower alkyl or the like); R6 represents hydrogen, cyano or the like; X represents hydrogen, cyano or the like; Y?1 and Y2¿ are each hydrogen or they together form oxo; and Z?1 and Z2¿ are each hydrogen or they together form oxo, or Z1 is hydrogen and Z2 is hydroxyl.</p> |
