摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To independently and optimally realize plural control performance specifications such as robust stability, an external diffusion removing characteristic, etc., by operating the actuater operation quantity of a control object from the internal state quantity of a control response specification function specified based on frequency characteristic. CONSTITUTION:A rolling mill 1 being a controlled system is operated by two actuaters of a velocity controller 2-2 and a rolling reduction controller 2-1. A rolling reduction position, a rolling velocity, a rear tension and the board thickness on an output side, which are the state quantity of the rolling mill 1, are measured by a state measuring instrument 3. The plate thickness on the output side and a target plate thickness set corresponding to it are inputted to a board thickness response setting function 7 and the tension detected from a tension measuring part 3-3 and a target tension are inputted to a tension response setting function 6. A function feedback control part 5 inputs each function internal state quantity outputted from the tension response setting function 6 and the plate thickness response setting function 7 to operate operation changing quantities to a rolling reduction controller 2-1 and the velocity controller so as to control plate thickness and the tension.</p>
