PURPOSE:To obtain a device capable of automatically drafting a restoration plan proper to the accident of a power system without depending upon the knowledge of an operator. CONSTITUTION:A load-flow calculation processing block 3 calcuates the load flow of a system determined by a minimum tree structure processing block 2, and a proper solution conservation processing block 4 conserves a connection type on the excellent result of evaluation. A END decision processing block 5 completes processing when the number of repetition of a series of processing exceeds a specified value. A branch cost update processing block 6 increases the cost of an aimed branch when the aimed branch or a branch in an upstream is overload, and reduces or maintains cost in other cases. |
