<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the distortion of a rubber stopper by molding a plug main body by injection molding, forming an open space section for accommodating the rubber stopper in the plug main body at the time of molding the same, injection filling a rubber elastic material in said open space section and forming the rubber stopper. CONSTITUTION:Molds 1, 1 are closed and molten thermoplastic is injection filled from a plastic injection hole 4, and a plug main body A is molded by cavities 2 of molds 1, 1. The plug main body A is released by opening the molds 1, 1 and put in molds 5, 5 forming a rubber stopper B in the plug main body A, and the rubber stopper B is formed in an open space section 6 of the plug main body A. A rubber elastic material constituting the rubber stopper B is injected from an injection hole 7 of the rubber elastic material and filled in the open space section 6 to form the rubber stopper B in the plug main body A. Thus, the plastic plug main body is injected without inserting the rubber stopper, and then the rubber stopper can be formed inside the plug main body to eliminate the distortion of the rubber stopper provided inside the plug main body.</p> |
