PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and securely operate different instruments used for different departments by one remote controller. SOLUTION: The remote controller 36 comprises a function switch part 108, a plurality of instrument name indicator parts 109, and a plurality of function setting parts 110. The function switch part 108 consists of a plurality of function switches consisting of switches and embossed switches and a function switch indicator part 112 consisting of an EL panel and a character see-through part. The function setting part 110 consists of a plurality of function setting switches 113 consisting of switches and embossed switches and a function indicator part 114 consisting of an EL panel and a character see-through part.
