PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a customer to obtain necessary information before arriving at a store for shopping. SOLUTION: The customer to drive a passenger vehicle 1 has a PDA(personal digital assistance) 1b, when the present position of himself/herself is detected by positional information from a GPS(Global Positioning System) 3, map information to guide a route from a service center 6 to a department store 2 is provided based on the present position and information about the department store 2 is also provided. Information about an indoor parking area 10 is also included as one piece of such kind of information and thus, the parking area 10 is reserved from the passenger vehicle 1. When the customer parks the passenger vehicle 1 at a parking position reserved in the parking area 10 and does shopping in a main building, the present positions at floors where the customer does shopping are detected by every floor, a map on which the present position of the customer is displayed is provided in the map information to indicate layout of the floor and displayed on the PDA1b. |
