PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system which enables a user to efficiently process contents without troubles for both the contents-providing side and the user, and accurately charges for the processing. SOLUTION: The information processor 131 charges for the print processing of contents to be charged which are obtained from the contents providing side 140, when the user makes a 1st external indication (normal print indication and will not charge for the print processing, when the user makes a 2nd external indication (test print).
