Continual process to make microspheres by drawing particles through array of micro-passages of predetermined width

A continuous process and assembly for making microspheres (including fine emulsions and fine particles suspended in fluid) are claimed. The materials are held in a pressurized dispersed phase and are forced through numerous micro-passages of predetermined width. The resulting microspheres are drawn off as an emulsion or fine particles in fluid, within which the particles either sink or float. The particles of the required size are then drawn off from their respective levels.
