FIELD: centrifugal fans for axi-symmetrical flows. SUBSTANCE: fan includes bearing plate, electric drive on whose shaft impeller having diameter "d" is mounted, cover and main disks. Suction branch pipe forms confuser clearance together with disk which is used to connect impeller inlet with cavity of circular casing formed by branch pipe, cylinder with specific size d<SB>1</SB> and ring mounted at clearance d<SB>2</SB> = (0.05-0.10)d. d<SB>1</SB> = (1.05-1.5)D; ring overlaps blades by delta = = (0.01-0.10)h. Air directed to cavity by part delta of impeller blades flows to disk under pressure, thus excluding separation of flow from disk. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of fan. 6 cl, 6 dwg |
