摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detection apparatus having an improved period in which the apparatus is stably cooled which is an important factor related to reliability of the apparatus requiring cooling. SOLUTION: A surface roughness of primary parts in a vacuum container of a radiation detection apparatus is set to be not larger than 0.1μmRa and a metallic seal 13 is used at a vacuum seal part, thereby delaying vacuum deterioration. Moreover, a super insulation 6 is interposed between a part to be cooled and an inner wall of the vacuum container to prevent the heat from entering by heat radiation. A physical adsorbing material chamber 2 in which a physical adsorbing material is inserted in a vacuum system, and a chemical adsorbing material 10 are installed. A period while the apparatus is cooled stably is improved by heating the chemical adsorbing material 10 when necessary.
