发明名称 HUMIDITY CONDITIONING BUILDING MATERIAL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance design and improve fouling resistance by burning a humidity conditioning building material and applying a glaze on the surface of a humidity conditioning building material body so that a glass layer baked and formed has a specific area and specific thickness and providing a humidity conditioning property and a moisture absorption and discharge property of a specific ratio or more before glazing, after glazing. SOLUTION: After glazing is performed on a formed body obtained by mixing clay and a glass component with humidity conditioning raw material, after baking is performed or the formed body is unglazed, glazing is performed, thereafter baking is performed and a humidity conditioning construction material is manufactured. The humidity conditioning construction material 1 maintains 80% of humidity conditioning property before glazing after it is glazed on the surface, and moisture absorption and discharge property of a cycle of 8 hours is made 80 g/m<2> . A glass layer produced by a glaze is formed on the area region of, for instance, 10-90% of the surface of the humidity conditioning construction material body on glazing or in the case where it exceeds 90%, glazing is performed so that the thickness of the glass layer is 300μm. Thereby while humidity conditioning property is maintained, the improvement effect of decoration and fouling resistance can be displayed and design in enhanced.
