Composition for i.v. administration is new comprises: (a) a compound of formula (I) or its salt; (b) a citrate buffer; and (c) a tonicity-adjusting agent to make the formulation isotonic. In (I), R4 = aryl, 1-10C alkyl or 1-10C arylalkyl; R5 = CO-R8; R8 = OH or 1-10C alkyloxy; m = 2-6; and p = 0 or 1.
