SOLUTION: A revolving scroll cooling passage 22 is formed on a back side of a revolving scroll main body 9, and a motor cooling passage 25 is formed between a cylinder portion 1C of a easing 1 and an electric motor 16. An opening 20 open to a revolving scroll cooling passage 22 is provided on an outer peripheral side of a fixed scroll 2. By rotationally driving the electric motor 16, cool wind is generated by a cooling fan 17. This cool wind flows into the revolving scroll cooling passage 22 through the opening 20 and circulates through the motor cooling passage 25 or the like. At this time, the area of the opening 20 changes according to the revolving movement of the revolving scroll 8.
