PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device where a color image without color slippage can be formed without causing deterioration in throughput. SOLUTION: This image forming device is provided with a carrying belt carrying paper, image transfer units 20 which are installed in the direction of carrying of the paper P for every basic color constituting a color image and transferring images of each basic color on the paper P on the before mentioned carrying belt, a timer 1 that times the passed time after power is connected or release from sleep mode, left standing time and printing time, a storing means 2 provided with a table that regulates a first belt speed compensation amount and a second belt speed compensation amount and a control means 3 controlling the belt speed based on the time timed by the timer 1. |
