PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity by carrying a device employing a large board at high speed in safety and to make a contact with a pogo probe pin surely by correcting a flexible board when a PDP module (PDP module device) is measured. SOLUTION: In order to prevent a device employing a large board, e.g. a PDP module device from being removed or falling when it is carried at high speed, the device is chucked by a chucking mechanism 4c-4f and secured at the opposite sides thereof by a clamp mechanism 2a-2d. At the same time, the device is supported from the lower surface thereof by a support mechanism 3a, 3b thus preventing the device from being removed or falling when it is carried at high speed. Furthermore, a retaining mechanism 5a-5c for correcting bend or warpage of a flexible board and a chucking stage for securing the flexible board 1b to the counterpart receiving the device are provided in order to insert the device smoothly into a measuring jig and delivering the device surely to a measuring unit. |
