PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an equipment in both operating and stand-by states in case that an abnormal voltage should occur on the AC input power supply for the equipment using a commercial AC power supply or an AC power supply of a private power generation as a power supply source. SOLUTION: An AC voltage of an input AC power supply is converted into a DC voltage by an AC/DC converter 20. This converted DC voltage is stabilized by a DC voltage stabilizing part 30. The DC voltage before stabilized is compared with the stabilized DC voltage by a reversal type comparator 40, to detect an abnormality of the input voltage, and a switch releasing part 50 energizes a coil of a switch 10 with reset function, to switch off the switch 10 with reset function. |
