PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the electronic part mounting data generating time for one electronic part mounting device. SOLUTION: A definition conversion device 102 stores information of each mounting position and mounting part as a unitary standardized data of standardized definition. A differential information unit 103 stores differential information between the definition corresponding to each elementary time of each electronic part mounter and the standardized definition thereof. A data generating unit 105 for each mounting device can generate the mounting data for each mounting device having different defining from the standardized data and can shorten the generating time of mounting data for each mounting device.
