PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for changing over power sources capable of changing over to a main power source stably at the time of start-up. SOLUTION: This device for changing over power sources is provided with a change-over relay 2 which supplies electric power to a given main circuit MS by changing over power sources to either a main power source ME or a stand-by power source SE and a control device 3 which controls the change- over relay 2. The control device 3 is provided with a voltage detecting part 31 which detects the voltage value of the electric power supplied from the ME, a timer 33 which measures the lapse of a given time if the voltage detecting part 31 detects a voltage of a given value or larger, and an operating part 32 which operates the change-over relay 2 to supply the power from the ME to the MS if the lapse of a given time is measured by the timer 33 and to supply the power from the SE to the main circuit MS if the voltage detecting part 31 detects a voltage of a given value or smaller.
