PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the optical quality of parts to be molded when plural materials to be formed are simultaneously formed by heating and pressurization operation with plural forming die units. SOLUTION: The glass formed parts are formed to the shapes of the transfer surfaces of forming die members by subjecting glass materials to heating and pressurization operation. The glass formed parts are formed by simultaneously and discretely forming the plural glass blanks by the plural die members. The plural die members for forming the plural glass blanks respectively comprise each one pair of first and second forming die barrel members. The first and second forming die barrel members are respectively held by first and second die set members and the plural glass blanks are inserted in the respective forming die barrel members and the glass blanks in the respective die barrel members are so formed that the positioning of their central positions on the transfer surfaces of a pair of the forming die barrel members are determined on the first and second die set members.
