PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a vent hole penetrating from a housing base end side surface to a motor accommodating part without enlarging a diameter of the motor accommodating part of a housing of a motor pump when integrally molding the housing with the usage of a metal mold of which pump accommodating part is formed to have a larger diameter than the motor accommodating part. SOLUTION: A protruding part 2f is formed on a position opposite to the pump accommodating part P on an outer peripheral surface of the housing 2 in a condition of extending to the base end side surface 2a. The vent hole H is formed to incline to inside diameter side so that the vent hole H goes into the motor accommodating part M from a base end side surface of the protruding part 2f.
