PURPOSE: A noise preventing device of a wiper of a vehicle is provided to separate an end surface of a blade from a glass surface when converting a direction for removing the noise generated by the contact between the glass surface and the blade when converting the advancing direction of a wiper. CONSTITUTION: A noise preventing device of a wiper of a vehicle includes a wiper head part(12) mounted with an electromagnet(16) and a moving element(18) in parallel, a wiper arm fixing an end of a spring(20), of which the other end is fixed to the moving element, and earthing elements(25,26) attached to a wiper pivot part(15) for carrying out earth for supplying a current to the electromagnet in case of wiping of a blade(10) and carrying out short circuit in case of conversion of direction.
