The plug, for use in a hollow frame extrusion (14) with a ventilation channel (24), has a curved vane (2) to delimit one edge of the ventilation channel, and a shank (5) which fits into the extrusion cavity (21) with a reduced clearance. The shank projects from the rear face (4) of the vane, at a tangent to its concave cylindrical front face (3).
