PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy positioning device in which stabilizing function and positioning function are integrated. SOLUTION: The positioning device 1 is provided with separate links 41, 42, 43 and 44 around the loading matters to support and position loading matter on a supporting body element 2. Respective link arms are provided with a flexible element 4 containing the first end which is connected with the supporting body element 2 by the first hinge 9 with one degree of freedom, and the second end which is connected with the loading material by the second hinge 10 with one degree of freedom. In the positioning device, one or more operation transfer means 20 is disposed between the supporting body element and the loading material, whereby the positioning of the loading material to the supporting body material can be conducted. |
