PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit or the like which prevents active intervals of output signals from being overlapped by using a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A data line driving circuit 150A is provided with an X shift register 151 and an arithmetic section 152 having computing unit circuits Ub1 to Ubn. The circuits Ub1 to Ubn are provided with NAND circuits 504-1 to 504-n and NOR circuits 505-01 to 505-n. Falling edges of sampling signals SR1 and rising edges of sampling signals SR2 are determined by the rising edges of shift pulses C2. Thus, sampling signals SR1 to SRn are made active in an exclusive OR manner.
