PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof shield connector at lower cost, which has improved shielding property. SOLUTION: A connector housing 30 is made of die-cast aluminum, and integrally formed by a cable insertion cylinder part 31 with an inner diameter adequately bigger than the shield cable 20, and a mounting piece 32 protruding in the direction of diameter at one end side of the cylinder 31 (left end side in the Fig.1). The end of a conductive pipe 27 is inserted with pressure into the cable insertion cylinder 31 as far as it touches a stopper ring 33, and caulked to a shield layer 23 of the shield cable 20. A device side packing 35 is mounted to the end surface of the connector housing 30, and the part between the shield cable 20 and the cable insertion cylinder part 31 is waterproofed with a waterproof seal 37.
