PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily know the states of attendees attending chatting in message exchange. SOLUTION: A client system displays a received message 1005 in a chat window 1002 and received attending member table data in an attending member table 1004. The table 1004 displays the chat names and statuses of respective members attending the chat room. As the statuses of the respective members attending the chat room, 'Master', 'New', 'Bye', 'Talk', etc., are displayed in the neighborhood of the chat names of the members in the table 1004.
