PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent narrowing of the adjustment width of inductive coupling and bandwidth and the adjustment width or the like of an attenuation pole, even if the miniaturization of a filter is promoted, and to further promote the miniaturization of the filter. SOLUTION: The laminated dielectric filter 10A is formed by arranging two electrodes 14a and 14b for a resonator, constituting a quarter wavelength type strip line resonator in the vertical direction in other dielectric layers S3 and S8 respectively, in a dielectric substrate 12 which is constituted by laminating and baking a plurality of tabular dielectric layers S1-S9. The fourth to the sixth dielectric layers S4-S6, existing between the two electrodes 14a and 14b for the resonator, are composed of a low-permittivity material.
