PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust bearing of high load capacity to support a thrust load by interposing between two members taking eccentric rotational motion between themselves. SOLUTION: The thrust bearing is furnished with a first bearing ring 12 fixed on the first member 10, a second bearing ring 22 fixed on the second member 20, an intermediate ring 30 arranged between the first bearing ring 12 and the second bearing ring 22, a plural number of first rollers 14 arranged between the first bearing ring 12 and the intermediate ring 30, a first holder 16 to hold the first rollers 14 so that their rolling shaft centers come to be in parallel with each other, a plural number of second rollers 24 arranged between the second bearing ring 22 and the intermediate ring 30, and a second holder 26 to hold the second rollers 24 so that their rolling shaft centers come to be inparallel with each other. The rolling shaft centers of the first rollers 14 and the rolling shaft centers of the second rollers 24 are orthogonal with each other, the holders 16, 26 are of a roller guiding type, and a clearance is positively formed between the bearing rings 12, 22 and the intermediate ring 30. |
