<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an online instruction system capable of making exchanges of question and answer efficient and improving the service quality relating to the question and answer. SOLUTION: A user terminal 1 acquires information on an identification name, concerning a position in a teaching material to be referred to by a user. When a request is transmitted from the user terminal 1 to a WWW server 3, the identification name acquired above is automatically added. The WWW server 3 refers to a teaching material position information database, and thereby acquires a teaching material name, a chapter, a clause, and an item corresponding to the received identification name. Thus, the teaching material name, chapter, clause, and item are set beforehand in the data (for example, a question entry form) requested by the user. The question contents are registered in a Q and A database, together with these preset information, and transmitted to a system managing terminal 2 used by a system answerer. Therefore, the answerer can correctly grasp to which part of the teaching material the question content is related.</p> |
