PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroboscopic device having a simply constituted circuit and having an improved space-saving performance. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric transducer 13 is driven by a driving circuit 12 in accordance with an oscillation signal of prescribed frequencies outputted by an oscillation circuit 11. A switch 14 is serially arranged in a line connecting the output of the piezoelectric transducer 13 and a capacitor 3, and in a state where the switch 14 is closed, the output voltage of the piezoelectric transducer 13 is rectified by a rectification circuit, thereafter, the voltage is charged to the discharge capacitor 3 as the electrical discharging energies of a discharge tube 4. On the other hand, in accordance with the state that the output voltage of the piezoelectric transducer 13 is applied on the discharge tube 4 after the switch 14 is opened, by taking the applied voltage as a trigger, flash light is emitted from the discharge tube 4 by taking the electrical energies charged in the discharge capacitor 3. |
