PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide-based resin composition capable of being suitably used for electrical parts, such as connectors in electronic/electrical fields and connectors of automobiles, for which flame retardance and weld strength are required. SOLUTION: This polyamide-based resin composition contains (A) a polyamide, (B) an organohalogen-based flame retardant in an amount of 2-80 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component (A), (C) an auxiliary flame retardant in an amount of 0-50 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component (A), and (D) an ionomer resin partially neutralized with monovalent cations in an amount of 4.5-70 based on 100 pts.wt. of the component (B).
