PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information service system capable of extending and expanding remarkably the quality and quantity of providable additional services on consideration of the current situation about the additional services other than medial services and nursing services offered to a user such as an inpatient and a home dweller in a facility such as a hospital and a home for the elderly. SOLUTION: A terminal provided with a display screen having a touch image type inputting means is provided as a terminal 7 for input and output in each room 2 and a waiting room 3 in the facility such as the hospital 1 and the home for the elderly, and meanwhile, server computers 9 and 10 provided with terminals 11 to 13 connected to the input-output terminal 7 and for being an inputting-outputting means for handling input information from the terminal 7 and output information to the terminal 7 and also connected to external information sources 15 to 17 through a communication network 16 such as the Internet are provided in the facility. Between the terminals 7 and 11 to 13 and the server computers 9 and 10, information is exchanged, such as video and sound data of broadcasting, etc., guidance data in regard to medical and nursing services, measured data about pulse, etc., order data about daily necessities, etc., medical inquiry data, selection data of meal menu, and medicine retrieval data. |
