PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste-disposal system which can stably operate a thermal decomposition apparatus by the pressure control of the thermal decomposition apparatus without installing a pressure gage in the thermal decomposition apparatus. SOLUTION: The waste treatment system 10 has a thermal decomposition apparatus 12, a gas decomposition and gas washing apparatus 20, an induced blower 21, a desulfurizing and water sealing apparatus 22, and a feeding blower 23. The downstream side of the feeding blower 23 is branched and connected to the thermal decomposition apparatus 12 as a compressed gas feeding line 24. A compressed gas flow meter 25 is installed on the compressed gas feeding line 24, and based on a signal from this compressed gas flow meter 25, the induced blower 21 is controlled by a flow rate control unit 26. In this case, by maintaining the gas flow rate of the compressed gas feeding line 24 from the compressed gas flow meter 25 constant, the pressure in the thermal decomposition apparatus 12 is controlled to be constant to stably operate the thermal decomposition apparatus 12.
