PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that strict reinforcement for assuring a high impact strength and heat resistant strength does not allow a compactly accommodated form. SOLUTION: The air bag body 1 is provided internally with an upper space K-1 where a gas inlet 45 opens and a lower space K-1 in communication with the upper space K-1 through passage parts F1-F6 formed by a peripheral edge joining part 4 and inner joining parts 11A and 11D, and a gas flow passage G consists of an upstream passage portion G1 to allow the inflating gas jetted from the gas inlet 45 to flow into the upper space K-1 and a downstream passage portion G2 to allow the gas to flow into the lower space K-1 through the upper space K-1 and passage parts F1-F6, wherein the upper space K-1 accommodates an inner bag 5 having nozzles 38-40 which are inserted into the passage parts F1-F6 so that their sides facing the upstream passage portion G1 are protected against the gas flow blowing thereto. |
