PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space saving hot water heat source machine which can be easily connected by a pipe to a tank, having no circulation liquid leakage or the like from a connection part, and improving a cleaning property of a filter. SOLUTION: The tank storing a circulation liquid is composed of a tank body 21 and a tank lid 31. In a return piping 5 from a hot water utilizing side terminal connected to the tank body 21, and a bypass pipe 6 branched off from a hot water supply pipe to the hot water utilizing side terminal, top parts of the pipes are formed in reverse U-shapes, a reverse U-shaped bent part is connected by hooking to a U-shaped opening provided on an upper end of the tank body 21 with an opened top face, and it is fixed by sandwiching it between the tank body 21 and the tank lid 31.
