PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch release bearing capable of processing appropriately while securing the seal performance. SOLUTION: The width of a raceway face 11d becomes narrow since a recess part 11g is established between a groove 11f for seal setting and the raceway face 11d, which reduces especially the space where is the most far outside from the radial direction of the raceway face 11d (far side from the outer ring flange part 11b here). Accordingly, a oscillating angle of a grindstone T can be restrained and the appropriate processing can be done avoiding the interference even in the case that an outer wheel 11 has an outer wheel flange part 11b.
