PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small permanent magnet embedded motor of high output and efficiency capable of easily constituting a rotor that utilizes a reluctance torque and magnet torque. SOLUTION: The motor comprises a stator consisting of an annular yoke and a winding slot in which a plurality of teeth are radially formed with circumferential intervals, and a rotor core which is rotatably held to face the stator across a slight gap. A second rotor 6 is provided with a permanent magnet 7 magnetized in axial direction on the end face of a first rotor core 4, with no permanent magnet provided on the first rotor core 4 counter to the stator core across a gap.
