PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processor surely carrying a sheet from a printer to a prescribed sheet loading part according to postprocessing time and non- postprocessing time, and capable of surely dropping and loading the sheet on a second sheet loading part after postprocessing. SOLUTION: Staple processing is performed on the sheet loaded on a first sheet loading part 2B for temporarily loading the sheet from the printer 1. A bound sheet bundle is dropped on the second sheet loading part 8 being a sheet delivery part of the lower printer. A carrying passage of the sheet delivered from the printer 1 is switched to a passage carried in the first sheet loading part 2B, and a passage carried in the second sheet loading part 8 by a flapper 3. The loading height of the second sheet loading part 8 is detected by a loading height detecting flag 9. The detecting flag 8 detects full loading. When inputting a print signal to the first sheet loading part, the sheet is carried to the second sheet loading part by rotating the flapper 3.
