The device (1) has a casing integrated to a fixed support e.g. wall, with respect to a guiding rail of a sliding panel e.g. sliding flap. A transmission pulley (3) transmits an output torque from force transmission to the panel and is integrated to the casing which has a gear (4) actuated by a motor (5) generating an input torque. Shells include a fixing, positioning and indexing device for the motor and a power supply grouping accessory/case.
