PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular brake hydraulic pressure control device capable of quickly performing yaw control even if performing gentle brake operation by determining whether or not the brake operation is moderate without arranging sensors for detecting a brake operation quantity. SOLUTION: This vehicular brake hydraulic pressure control device has a slip variable acquiring means 21 acquiring slip variables of right-left wheels, a slip difference calculating means 22 calculating a slip difference of the right-left wheels, a slip difference determining means 23 determining the size of an absolute value of the slip difference, a timer means 24 counting a duration when the absolute value of the slip difference is larger than a first reference value and smaller than a second reference value, a duration determining means 25 determining whether or not the duration is a reference time or longer, and a yaw control means 26 performing the yaw control when the absolute value of the slip difference is the second reference value or longer and when the counted duration is the reference time or longer.
