PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular panel structure reduced in weight and improved in rigidity and strength. SOLUTION: This vehicular panel structure comprises an outer board 110, a first reinforcing member 11 overlapped with the outer board 10, and a second reinforcing member 12 overlapped with the first reinforcing member 11. The outer board 10 and the first reinforcing member 11 are joined with each other by non-through welding along a first direction, and the first reinforcing member 11 and the second reinforcing member 12 are joined with each other by partial penetration welding along a second direction crossing the first direction.
