PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residential fire extinguisher compatibly having portability, operability and safety and further having a residential disaster-prevention alarm system. SOLUTION: This residential fire extinguisher consists of an extinguisher body, a protection shield plate and a leaning stand; wherein the extinguisher body is steppedly formed with a storage trunk part disposed with a jet nozzle at the tip end of the substantially elliptic cylindrical trunk body, and has a grip handle part and a jet nozzle button at a hand side; the protection shield plate is formed of a substantially arcuate, transparent and heat-resistant reinforced resin plate, has a bored hole for avoiding the shape of the storage trunk part, is locked to the both side faces of the outer cylinder of the extinguisher body and formed rotatable substantially perpendicularly; and the leaning stand is formed by having an elliptic cylindrical support with an oblique elliptical storage hole for storing the storage trunk part.
