PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of preventing the interruption a part of an observation visual field in either of forward, lateral and backward observations. SOLUTION: This imaging apparatus is provided with a negative lens 1 disposed in a side nearest to an object, an annular reflecting member 2 concentrically provided with the negative lens in the circumferential part of the surface in the side of an image of the negative lens, a light receiving section 6 for receiving a light transmitting through the negative lens 1 and a light reflected by the annular reflecting member 2, and a light emitting section disposed at the same position or its adjacency to the light receiving section 6.
