PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the dimension of a start winning device and the number of parts. SOLUTION: A start winning device 1 includes: a winning part 5 where an upper winning pocket 2 and a lower winning pocket 4 having an openable and closable blade member 3 are integrally constituted above and below; a rear gutter part 8 where an upper rear gutter 6 for flowing a game ball B entering into the upper winning pocket 2 and a lower rear gutter 7 for flowing a game ball B' entering into the lower winning pocket 4 are integrally constituted so as to have an upper and lower grade separation structure; and an actuator 9 provided on the back of the rear gutter part 8 to drive the blade member 3. The direction of the upper rear gutter 6 is changed from the downstream to the upstream and downwards from the sideways, so that ejection ports of the upper rear gutter 6 and the lower rear gutter 7 have a positional relationship being arranged side by side on the right side and the left side. The start winning device further includes: a crank 10 for incorporating the actuator 9 and the blade member 3; an upper winning detection sensor 11 for detecting the game ball B flowing in the upper rear gutter 6; and a lower winning detection sensor 12 for detecting the game ball B' flowing in the lower rear gutter 7.
