<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device for an electronic musical instrument, which transfers a musical sound signal to a sounding module by a small number of output lines, and reproduces thick sound, even when single sound source module is used, or even when a plurality of sound source modules are connected and used. <P>SOLUTION: The communication device of the electronic musical instrument including one or more sound source modules 30a and 50a, and a sounding module 70a. In the communication device, a transfer rate of a digital musical sound signal that the sound source module outputs to the sounding module 70a is switched over when single sound source module is used and when a plurality of sound source modules are connected and used. Moreover, the sounding module 70a includes: a combining means 81 for combining digital musical sound signals which are output by the sound source modules 30a and 50a; and a means 82 which applies effect on the digital musical sound signal which is output from the combining means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
