<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processing device creating and storing an electronic document having predetermined image quality based on an input document image when failing to acquire requisites for document management, and a document processing system and a program. <P>SOLUTION: The document processing device 12 comprises a document management requisite acquiring section 40 acquiring document management requisites corresponding to a user's instructions input from an operating part 30, from a requisite management server which stores document management requisites for managing electronic documents; an electronic document processing section 42 creating the electronic document having the predetermined image quality based on the document image input from an image input section 32 when the document management requisite acquiring section 40 fails to acquire the document management requisites, and adding predetermined management information to the created electronic document; and a storage section 36 storing the electronic document processed by the electronic document processing section 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
