<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment dispersion composition having excellent viscosity stability and high dispersion stability, to provide a photosensitive resin composition using the pigment dispersion composition and capable of forming a high-performance coating having high contrast and superior heat resistance, to provide a color filter manufactured by using the photosensitive resin composition and having a colored area and a manufacturing method of the color filter, and to provide a liquid crystal display element and a solid imaging element having the color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The pigment dispersion composition comprises at least a pigment derivative represented by the general formula (1): [Pig]-(A-B-C)<SB>n</SB>, a resin, a solvent, and pigment. In the general formula (1), [Pig] represents a pigment core structure, A represents one bonding group selected among CH<SB>2</SB>, CH<SB>2</SB>O, CH<SB>2</SB>S, O, CO, and COO, B represents a chain organic bonding group, C represents at least one functional group selected from an acid functional group, a basic functional group, and hydrogen-bonding functional group, and n represents an integer of 1-10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
