PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit various optical characteristics without modifying the shape of an optical element.

SOLUTION: The optical sheet includes a light reflecting layer provided with a plurality of light reflecting patterns 18 regulating an incident range of light for each unit lens on the other surface of a lenticular lens sheet on whose one surface a plurality of cylindrical lenses are arranged. The width of the light reflecting patterns 18 is expressed as xi, and an average value in which n (n is a plural number) spots of the widths xi of the plurality of light reflecting patterns 18 in a prescribed range are measured is expressed as μ. Then, standard deviation σ of the widths xi expressed by an expression (1) are adjusted so as to satisfy a condition of 2.0<σ<7.0 to modify the optical characteristics.
